Payment

Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, all services must be paid for in cash or by EFT at the completion of the work.

Cancelation Fee

Sometimes things come up and you need to cancel and we understand this and will work with you to reschedule a convenient time.

In order to run our business efficiently we require a minimum 24 hours notice before your booked time if you need to cancel.    Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will incur a Cancelation Fee equal to 50% of the scheduled charge which will be payable in addition to the next bookings fees.

Thaidy and Clean reserves the right to wave the cancellation charge for our most loyal long standing clients who have previously been in good standing.

New Clients

Unfortunately it is a fact that the people who most often try at the very last minute to reschedule or cancel the booking (or simply aren’t home when we arrive) will be a first time client, and it makes it hard for everyone, it is extremely disruptive to our business and other genuine clients that wanted that time slot had it been available.
Because of the few disruptors, all new clients will be required to pay 50% of the time booked in advance by EFT or Cash to secure their time slot.
The advance payment will be deducted from the invoice when the work is completed.
Of course should a new client wish to cancel with notice by email or SMS, not less than 24 hours prior to the booked time slot, the full deposit will be refunded.
